MONEY FIRST AID provides CPD certified training for individuals to become a certified Money First Aider®. The user-friendly, online training is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to support their colleagues experiencing financial difficulties, and is created by financial experts with industry and training experience.

The training is designed to be relevant for any workplace, regardless of industry or profession, across the UK. No prior knowledge is required.

A certified Money First Aider® will:

● Recognise the signs of financial distress and financial difficulty
● Structure effective, compassionate conversations about money
● Have awareness of the most common financial difficulties people face
● Signpost someone to appropriate professional support when required
