Dan Jones of Neo G wins The International Award
Dan Jones of Neo G has won The International Award as part of The LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders programme for 2024, in partnership with The Times.
Created by trusted investment partner LDC – part of Lloyds Banking Group, The Top 50 celebrates entrepreneurs demonstrating remarkable ambition, and is now in its seventh year.
This year the programme received more than 700 nominations showcasing the exceptional individuals building successful and growing businesses right across the UK.
The business leaders featured in The LDC Top 50 for 2024 are making a real impact by creating jobs, promoting social equality, championing sustainability, expanding internationally and integrating purpose into their business practices. They operate from 39 towns and cities across the UK and span every sector of the economy, whilst collectively they employ 5,146 people and generate revenues of more than £1.1bn.
Presented at a celebratory event at BAFTA in London, the awards were decided by the experienced judging panel of Carl Castledine of Away Resorts; Janette Martin of Talos360; Luke Consiglio of The Pantry and The Most Ambitious Business Leader 2023; John Garner of LDC; and Kate Bassett and Bex Burn-Callander, editors of The LDC Top 50 2024.
Established in 2004 in the Yorkshire town of Harrogate, UK and with offices in the US, Europe and China, Neo G products can be found in major retailers and independent suppliers throughout the world.
Designed in collaboration with medical experts using premium materials, Neo G supports and braces, as well as their compression, footcare and advanced wound care products are expertly designed to deliver enhanced health outcomes and carry a Medical Grade classification throughout the range. From lightweight supports for everyday use, to enhanced rehabilitation and solutions for specialist injuries and conditions, Neo G offer healthcare solutions for all ages and body types.
Under Dan’s stewardship revenues at Neo G have doubled. He was recognised for achieving significant success overseas, particularly in the US where Neo G partners with major American retailers such as Walgreens, CVS, Walmart and the hospital group, Kaiser Permanente. In 2023, Dan led the expansion of the business’s US operations and moved into a new purpose-built facility in Florida to support future growth. Today, more than two thirds of Neo G’s revenues come from overseas.
