York Learning’s ‘Jobs, Skills and Apprenticeships Fair’ to return in March

York Learning’s popular ‘Jobs, Skills and Apprenticeships Fair’ is back at York Barbican on Tuesday 11 March, with opportunities for around 80 exhibitors to meet some 1,000 people looking for work or training.

The event is open to any employers, training providers and information, advice and guidance services in the York area, from 1pm – 6pm.

Previous exhibitors have told us they value the opportunity to meet job seekers in an informal, friendly setting. Besides being able to discuss or offer suitable roles, it’s also a chance to talk to them about roles that they wouldn’t normally consider. On the day, interview spaces will be available, as well as a series of presentations and workshops for attendees to find out more about working in particular careers. A quiet space is available for those who need it.

Exhibitor stands cost just £45, and cover building hire costs. If you’d like to host a workshop or give a presentation to show off your organisation or talk about your sector, there are limited spaces left to do this, so please book early!
