UKREiiF strikes partnership with Leeds hotels and venues association ahead of 2025 event

Following the announcement that Leeds will once again play host to UKREiiF in 2026, UKREiiF is delighted to announce their partnership with Leeds Hotels and Venues Association (LHVA), to create a more streamlined experience for delegates attending the event and a one-stop shop for the organising team.

UKREiiF (The UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum), connects people, places, and businesses to drive sustainable, inclusive, and transformative investment and regeneration. The largest UK event of its kind, UKREiiF will bring together in excess of 16,000 professionals from national and local government, investors, developers end-users and the wider built environment industry together to drive investment and regeneration in our regions. It is anticipated that the event will generate over £20m economic impact on the local economy.

The LHVA is the voice of hospitality for Leeds and has in its membership some of the largest and most influential hotels and venues in the city. The consortium works collectively with other key agencies in the city to help promote Leeds as a destination of choice for business events, meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.

This partnership will see the hotels support the continued growth of UKREiiF through a dedicated allocation of hotel beds for partners of UKREiiF 2026, an event-appropriate rate cap, and a partnership approach that will support the city to heighten its position as an events destination.

Wayne Topley, Chair of the LHVA, said:

“The LHVA has been working closely with the Directors at UKREiiF to create a new way of working around hotel accommodation that delivers a positive delegate experience, and we’re delighted to have secured this agreement ahead of UKREiiF 2025 coming to Leeds this May. This partnership is providing support in terms of bedroom allocations highlights how the city is working with conference agencies and corporates to help Leeds grow as an events destination.

UKREiiF has showcased the city’s ability to host large-scale business events, and we hope that this experience will encourage other events to consider Leeds as their base.”

Nathan Spencer, Director of UKREiiF responded:

“As we’ve grown we’ve felt the city grow with us, and we’re delighted to have secured a first-of-its-kind partnership in the city which showcases the strategic and collaborative partnership with the city and the event. We thank Wayne and the LHVA for helping us to get this over the line, and we’re excited about how this partnership will work to further enhance the delegate experience for 2026.”

UKREiiF will take place from 20th – 22nd May 2025 at the Royal Armouries Museum and New Dock, Leeds City Centre.
