Corporate volunteer opportunities with the Children’s Book Project in Leeds

The Children’s Book Project is a grassroots charity whose mission is to end book poverty in the 1 million children in the UK who don’t own a book of their own.  To do this, they use pre-loved donated books to gift to children living in the most challenging circumstances nationwide.

They hold corporate volunteering days to help sort, categorise and pack the books at their hub in Leeds (based at Seagulls, Holbeck). 2026 is the National Year of Reading, and the CBP has an ambitious target to gift 1 million books, so they need as much volunteer support as possible.
