Savills strengthens office leasing team in Leeds with new Director

International real estate advisor Savills has strengthened its office leasing team in Leeds with the appointment of Toby Nield, who has joined as a Director.

Toby has extensive office leasing and occupier knowledge spanning over a decade. He joins from real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, where he was involved in projects such as New Bailey, the c.770,000 sq ft office development, including 115,000 sq ft Nabars 5.5 Star rated Eden.
