Established in 2017, our Institute of Leadership Approved Leadership Pathways Programme has proved a springboard to progression for many participants, with 60% of past participants obtaining additional leadership responsibilities/promotion or leading improvement projects in their organisations. 

Our next courses start in September and now include a coaching module, focusing on skills to support your transition from team member to team leader in our Early Leadership course, and developing coaching strategy to improve team and organisation performance in the Middle Leadership pathway.
