Leeds Apprenticeship Recruitment Fair 2027

We are delighted to confirm that the very successful Leeds Apprenticeship Recruitment Fair will return to the Leeds first direct arena on Tuesday 9th February 2027, contributing to a range of activities being held during National Apprenticeship Week February 8th-14th 2027. This year will mark 20 years of the celebratory week and there will be both a national and regional campaign.

Organised by Leeds City Council’s Employment & Skills Service, the fair gives exhibitors an unrivalled opportunity to promote vacancies and training opportunities to a huge audience. This event in 2026, trending on LinkedIn, proved to be one of the most talked about topics of the day and attracted over 100 exhibitors and 10,000 visitors!

This year we are introducing a quieter opening hour 12pm-1pm for visitors who may benefit from a calmer environment. The event will be open to the public 12pm-6pm with set up and close-down before and after.

We are pleased to offer your organisation the opportunity to exhibit at the 2027 event.

Our exhibitor fees are extremely low, designed to cover our costs only and not to make a profit.  This year we are pleased to announce that exhibitor fees will be kept the same as 2026. The charges cover the cost of the following items:

  • Accessible venue hire in the centre of Leeds with security staff
  • A table and chairs for each exhibitor
  • A personal invitation posted to all parents and carers of students in Leeds schools in years 11, 12 & 13
  • An extensive marketing and social media campaign attracting thousands of visitors
  • Production and distribution of a full colour visitor guide, listing all exhibitors and the skill areas they offer
  • Hot drink refreshments for exhibitors

 

This event booked up quickly last year, with over 100 exhibitors. To guarantee your place at the event we recommend getting your completed booking form back to us as soon as you can. 

Please return the attached completed booking form and return to: esemployers@leeds.gov.uk. We will then confirm your booking and arrange to invoice you for payment in advance of the event.
