Mandale Industrial Park purchased by MDP NE29 Ltd

MDP NE29 Ltd have successfully acquired Mandale Industrial Park, located on Wallsend Road, North Shields for a purchase price in excess of £10 million. The estate comprises 39 units, including 24 hybrid units and 14 industrial units.
