Watson Buckle staff take to the skies for charity parachute jump

Two members of staff from Bradford-based accountants, Watson Buckle, will be taking to the skies for charity in September.

Connor McLoughlin and Andrew Padgett will undertake the parachute jump in aid of cancer charity, Candlelighters.

Candelighters, which provides emotional, practical, financial support, and hope to families of children with cancer was selected as the firm’s charity of the year.

The pair will be making the jump at the GB Parachute Club in Bridlington on 9th September to raise money for this incredible local cause.

Commenting on the forthcoming sponsored parachute jump Connor Mcloughlin, an Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager at Watson Buckle, said: “We’re really looking forward to the jump and hoping to raise lots of money for a really important cause and one which makes a real difference to children with cancer and their families.”

The charity parachute jump is one of a number of events organised by Watson Buckle to raise money for the Candlelighters charity across 2023.
