Lighthouse Futures Trust are a specialist Post 16 employability college and charity working with 16 to 25 year olds with neurodiversity, learning disabilities and other disabilities preparing them for sustainable employment and careers. We work with employers across all sectors in Leeds delivering supported internships which are a 9 month DFE funded education programme. All programmes are supported by our highly skilled job coaches that work on employers sites with both the employer and the intern to ensure success. We provide full training and support for employers.

Approximately 85% of our students move into positive destinations and employment and we have been working with many well known organisations including NHS, John Lewis, KPMG, HMRC, Arla Foods, Sodexo and many other organisations that have diversity and inclusion embedded in their organisations.

We also run and chair LIEN – Leeds Inclusive Employers Network that meets quarterly with 350 members.
