Fred Wellbeing: Men’s Health Leadership Response Pilot
Fred Wellbeing is recruiting six SMEs in York and North Yorkshire to participate in a fully funded 9-month leadership pilot designed to strengthen how leaders respond to men’s mental health in male-dominated workplaces.
The programme supports organisations to improve how leaders recognise pressure, respond to early signs of concern, and build stronger pathways to support.
Participating organisations receive baseline insight, leadership development, and impact evaluation.
