An Outstanding Results Day 2025
Well done to all of our Upper Sixth cohort who collected their results today – it’s been another exceptional year!
We are proud to announce that our class of 2025 Notre Dame students have once again received outstanding results in their Level 3 qualifications, across A-levels, BTECs and CTECs, and T Levels.
Some of this year’s highlights include:
A-levels
1,496 A-level high grades (A*-B) were achieved
99% A-level pass rate
699 A* and A grades were awarded
BTECs / CTECs
544 high grades (D*-M) were achieved
100% of students in BTEC Applied Science, Digital Games Design, Acting and Law achieved a high grade (D*-M)
100% of students in CTEC Sport, Business, Health & Social, Interior Design achieved a high grade (D*-M)
Our Enhancing Excellence programme supports and encourages students of high academic potential to apply to Oxford, Cambridge and other world top 30 Universities and/or to Medicine, Dentistry or Veterinary Science degrees. This year, a fantastic 11 students achieved their place at either the University of Oxford or Cambridge – a phenomenal achievement. Not only is this a testament of the hard work and dedication of our students, it is also a reflection of the success of the EE programme and its offerings of mock interviews, lectures and guest speakers, and application support.

This year, we are incredibly proud of our T Level students. T Levels are ‘technical qualifications’ designed with employers to effectively prepare students for the world of work. We are particularly proud of our T Level Health and T Level Education and early Years students, 100% achieved a high grade (D-M).
We can’t wait for September 2025 to welcome in even more T Level students on new courses Media, Broadcasting and Production, and Legal Services.

Fanta Sanneh – Leeds Teaching Hospital Apprenticeship, Senior Radiology Assistant
On the day, we welcomed in Leeds Beckett University to speak with students who had their offers confirmed to study there is September 2025, giving final bits of advice before they start as well as a free hoodie! They also brought in Mikolaj Oledzki, a Leeds Rhinos rugby team player and Notre Dame alumnus who will also be starting a degree at Leeds Beckett University.
