Festive fun: Middlesbrough homebuilder to host fundraising community Christmas event

Leading homebuilder David Wilson Homes is set to host a community Christmas event at its Grey Towers Village development in Nunthorpe.

David Wilson Homes is inviting residents of Nunthorpe to visit the Grey Towers Village development on the 4th December from 5pm, promising a full festive evening out for the family for under £10.

All money raised from the evening will be donated to David Wilson Homes’ chosen charity of the year, #AllForJoe. The charity strives to provide financial support for

disabled people to participate in and integrate with able bodied sports and arts groups.

Families are encouraged to visit the development for an evening of festive fun with pizzas, coffees, face painting and the chance to meet Santa at the show home where children can also post their letters to the north pole.

Steven Ball, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes North East, said: “We’ve put together a fantastic festive evening for families and residents of Nunthorpe. We encourage everyone to come along, enjoy the activities on offer and help our fundraising efforts for #AllForJoe.”

Grey Towers Village, located in a sought-after area, is now close to selling out. The development features an attractive selection of four and five-bedroom homes, with special offers available on the remaining properties. With excellent local amenities and highly regarded schools nearby, Grey Towers Village provides an ideal setting for a family home.
