Trinity Kitchen starts the year with a warning new street food mix
Beat the cold this winter as Trinity Kitchen welcomes a brand-new street-food line-up, packed with warming dishes inspired from around the world. From juicy burgers and ultra soft bao buns to Venezuelan Arepas and Irish spice bags, the vast selection is set to tantalise taste buds.
Ka-Bao, Masri, 7 Star Flag, Doles Dirty Bag and Luna’s Schnitzel will be landing at Trinity Kitchen tomorrow (Tuesday 27th January), bringing their bold colours and big flavours for the next nine weeks.

7 Star Flag
7 Star Flag brings a taste of Venezuela with their gluten-free golden corn pockets, packed with tender slow-cooked brisket and stir-fried chicken with grilled halloumi. Guests can also tuck into their loaded fries which are topped with special sauces, catering to vegans and vegetarians – it’s the perfect bite this winter.
Doles Dirty Bags is back, serving their sensational Irish inspired spice bags. Crispy, heavily seasoned chips, fried chicken, peppers and onions are topped with a generous serving of curry sauce. New to the menu is the crispy beef strips coated in a spicy chilli sauce and skin on fries and loaded with pickled carrot, spring onions & red chilli, also available with tofu for vegetarians to enjoy.

Masri is offering guests a selection of their mouth-watering burgers that are dripped with special sauces and topped with fresh salad between soft buns. The menu serves halal diets and also includes options for vegans and vegetarians – it’s one not to be missed.
Back by popular demand is Luna’s Schnitzel, featuring tender fried chicken schnitzels topped with a rich cheese melt and slow-roasted tomato sauce, served on soft, freshly baked challah bread. Finished with fresh tomatoes, gherkins, and crisp lettuce, this dish delivers a beautifully satisfying bite every time.

Finally, take a bao at Ka-Bao. Delivering the perfect burst of flavour – whether it’s spicy Siracha, Korean BBQ or crispy fried Tofu – their baos are the ultimate comfort food wrapped in a fluffy bun. For those wanting to go all out, guests can also enjoy their crispy fried chicken and loaded fries.
