Chadwick Lawrence invests in training and support for the next generation of lawyers

Northern law firm Chadwick Lawrence Solicitors has awarded training and funding support for 11 team members, furthering its commitment to developing the next generation of legal professionals.

The successful candidates are Sara Ali, Tom Coombes, Daniella Omoragie, Katie Smith, Ben Hess, Shayan Malik, Ethan Ward, Fran Whiting, Jess Goodwin, James Lockwood and Nadia Mohammed.

They represent a range of offices and departments across the business, including real estate, litigation, regulatory and crime, employment and corporate and commercial.

A mix of training programmes and funding will go towards providing aspiring solicitors with structured, hands-on experience across the firm’s private and business services departments, equipping them with the skills, knowledge and practical expertise required to qualify and progress within the profession.

It has been awarded as part of the firm’s latest round of progressions, which included nine salaried partner and associate promotions, highlighting the firm’s ongoing investment in learning, career progression and talent retention.

In addition to supporting qualification pathways, the firm offers skills development initiatives, a robust wellbeing programme including two hours of paid wellness time for each colleague per week, and an in-house health portal.
