From the moment the first chord strikes, audiences will be transported into a world of adventure, imagination and nostalgia. This incredible volunteer orchestra brings the legendary music of Aladdin, Star Wars and much more to Bradford, offering an unforgettable evening for audiences of all ages.
But this is more than a concert. This event – inspired by parents Louise and Ben and the love for their baby Alfred Clay, who spent 144 days in neonatal care – is supporting Bradford Hospitals Charity’s flagship ‘Home from Home’ Appeal.
Every ticket sold will help support families with babies receiving neonatal care in Bradford by contributing to the creation of a new ‘Home from Home’ next to the neonatal unit at Bradford Royal Infirmary. This dedicated accommodation is being built to give families a welcoming place to sleep, prepare meals, do laundry and take a much-needed breath, just moments away from their baby receiving specialist or intensive care.
As sweeping strings soar, brass builds and percussion echoes through the hall, you’ll experience the emotional power of some of the world’s most loved music while helping to make a real difference to local families facing some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
