Azets welcomes new audit partner in Yorkshire

UK top 10 accountancy and business advisory firm recruits highly-experienced auditor Sarah Palmer in Leeds office

International accountancy and business advisory group Azets has strengthened its senior team in Yorkshire with the appointment of Sarah Palmer as an audit and assurance partner.

Sarah joins the firm’s Leeds office after more than 17 years at PwC where she led complex audits for medium to large private, private equity-backed and internationally owned entities.

She has experience in a broad range of sectors and counts retail and manufacturing as a specialist interest, delivering insight alongside practical, hands-on support.

Sarah will work across Yorkshire delivering high-quality services, underpinned by trusted relationships, to help clients grow and manage increasing regulatory demands.

Sarah graduated with a degree in Mathematics with Finance from the University of Leeds in 2008.

She held positions ranging from associate to director during her career, before taking her partner role at Azets.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time in the countryside with her young family, good food with friends and family and running.
