Bradford BID launches inaugural Member Awards celebrating the city’s business community

Bradford Business Improvement District (BID) has today announced the launch of its inaugural Bradford BID Member Awards, a brand-new celebration recognising the innovation, resilience and excellence of local businesses in the city centre.

The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 25^th June 2026 at the iconic Bradford Live, bringing together businesses from across the retail, leisure, hospitality and professional service sectors, stakeholders and partners for an evening dedicated to celebrating success in the city. The event promises to be one of the highlights of Bradford’s business calendar.

Hosted by renowned broadcaster and DJ Stephanie Hirst, the evening will include an awards ceremony followed by a high-energy after-party disco, with Hirst also taking on DJ duties to close the night in style.

The inaugural awards will feature 10 categories, all of which are open for self-nomination, ensuring businesses of all sizes and sectors have the opportunity to put themselves forward and be recognised for their achievements. From restaurants, to charities, independents and nationals, member businesses will have until the 4^th May to submit their nomination, before a panel of judges determines the finalists.
