Castle Employment Group champions future hospitality leaders
Scarborough, North Yorkshire – Castle Employment Group, a leading recruitment company, is proud to announce its sponsorship of the York and North Yorkshire Junior Hospitality Board. This innovative initiative marks a significant step forward in nurturing talent and changing perceptions within the hospitality sector, a vibrant and essential industry facing recruitment and retention challenges.
The Hospitality sector is known for Its dynamism, creativity, and diversity. However, recent years have intensified the challenges of attracting and retaining top talent, further underscoring the need for a renewed focus on the sectors appeal and potential. Castle Employment Group recognises these challenges, and with its commitment to investing in Yorkshire, see’s the York and North Yorkshire Hospitality Junior Board as a pivotal platform for positive change.

The Junior Board comprises of 9 Junior Managers, representing a broad spectrum of the hospitality industry, each taking their initial steps into managerial roles. Established by Mr B Hospitality to change the perception of the hospitality industry, this unique assembly will engage in a comprehensive development program, including mentorship by regional industry experts, specialised coaching, and the completion of a sustainability project.
Additional focus areas include collaboration with educational institutions and group development sessions aimed at enhancing life skills, all culminating in monthly Board meetings.
