Chadwick Lawrence announces nine associate and salaried partner promotions following record year
Northern law firm Chadwick Lawrence Solicitors has announced a series of promotions across the business, recognising the outstanding achievements, dedication and contribution of its people following a record year for the firm.
Nine internal promotions have been made, including four new salaried partners, three associate solicitors, one senior associate and one senior licensed conveyancer.
The appointments span several key departments, including commercial property, wills and probate and litigation, and reflect the firm’s continued investment in developing and retaining talent as it builds on sustained growth.
Promoted to salaried partner are wills and probate solicitor, Kiran Hamilton, commercial property and dispute resolution solicitor Andrew Dickinson, litigation specialist Zoe Allen and conveyancer and real estate team manager Kayleigh Needham. Between them, these appointments hold almost 50 years of experience.
Ashley Mallett, Anu Simkhada-Best and Katie Solano progress to associate solicitor level in the real estate, wills and probate and commercial property departments, respectively.
Wakefield-based Charlene Corkett has also been promoted to senior licensed conveyancer. Whilst Matt Perry has progressed to senior associate in the Acclaim Credit Management & Recovery department.
The firm marked a record year in 2025, turning over £18.1m and surpassing a headcount of 250.
