Cheshire Scientific celebrates IHEEM success
Cheshire Scientific celebrated a successful Health Estates IHEEM Conference at Manchester Central last week, enjoying valuable conversations with healthcare professionals and exploring opportunities to support organisations with water testing, sample logistics and integrated reporting.
The team welcomed several Yorkshire-based visitors to its stand, sharing how the company’s sample drop-off hubs and collection service make testing cost-effective and convenient. Its hub network serves major cities, bringing laboratory expertise closer to the customer.
Cheshire Scientific also offers sample collections, with samples reaching its Bromborough laboratory the same day. Temperature-controlled transport supports sample handling and helps healthcare estates coordinate testing around operational requirements.
The company highlighted how API integrations connect laboratory reporting with customers’ systems, reducing manual data entry and making results accessible within workflows. Cheshire Scientific is the only laboratory providing fully integrated test results to FilterHub and SampleHub.
With more than 20 years’ experience supporting hospitals and the NHS, the UKAS accredited laboratory understands the importance of accurate results, reliable service and clear communication. Visitors discussed Legionella and Pseudomonas testing alongside their sampling, reporting and logistical requirements.
Director Charles Pickering said: “IHEEM was a fantastic experience for us as we’re relatively new to exhibiting, and it really showed the value of meeting people face to face, building relationships and understanding how we can help our clients.”
Energised by the conversations at IHEEM, the team thanks everyone who visited and looks forward to building lasting partnerships, combining personal service, convenient transport and digital reporting to help healthcare providers, facilities managers and water hygiene businesses across Yorkshire thrive!
