Experienced Head of Compliance launches Quinn Oath Advisory to support growing and regulated firms

Quinn Oath Advisory Limited has launched to provide practical compliance, governance, risk and senior advisory support to businesses that need experienced expertise without the cost or commitment of a permanent hire.

Founded by experienced Head of Compliance, Helen Quinn, the firm has been created to support financial services and regulated businesses with the increasing demands of governance, regulatory change, Consumer Duty, risk management and board-level oversight.

Quinn Oath Advisory will provide interim senior compliance support, consultancy, risk and governance support, including compliance framework reviews, policy and procedure improvement, Consumer Duty implementation and embedding, management information, board and committee reporting, risk and control assessments, compliance monitoring and regulatory change support.

The firm has been developed for businesses that may not need a full-time senior compliance resource, but still need experienced advice, independent challenge and practical support that can stand up to scrutiny.

Helen said: “Many firms are dealing with increasing expectations, tighter oversight and more pressure to evidence that their governance and compliance arrangements are working in practice. Quinn Oath Advisory has been created to provide calm, capable and commercially aware support to firms that need senior expertise, but in a flexible and proportionate way.

“My aim is to help businesses move away from tick-box compliance and build arrangements that are clear, practical and useful. Good governance should help a business make better decisions, manage risk earlier and evidence good outcomes, not slow everything down.”

Quinn Oath Advisory works with firms that need support during periods of growth, change, regulatory pressure or increased senior management and board scrutiny. Services are available on an interim, project, consultancy or retained basis.
