Johnson-Strafford appointed women’s Head Coach
Bradford Bulls are delighted to announce the appointment of Gail Johnson-Strafford as Head Coach of the Women’s Team for the 2025 season.
Johnson-Strafford, who served as Assistant Coach last season, will lead the team into an exciting new era as they prepare for the upcoming Northern Women’s Championship campaign.
With a host of talented new players joining the squad, the Bulls Women’s team is primed for a fresh chapter under Johnson’s leadership. Her appointment reflects the club’s commitment to developing a strong, competitive side to challenge at the upper echelon of the Championship division next year.
Gail Johnson-Strafford shared her enthusiasm for the new role:
“I’m incredibly honoured to step into the role of Head Coach for Bradford Bulls Women. Having worked closely with the team last year, I know the passion and potential we have within the squad. With the new faces joining us this season, I’m confident we can achieve something special together. I’m eager to get started and make the Bulls a force to be reckoned with in the Northern Women’s Championship next season.”
