Kiril Mischeff Group acquires Minster Fine Foods Ltd
Kiril Mischeff, a leading food and beverage supplier, has acquired South-Lincolnshire based Minster Fine Foods Ltd, further strengthening its growing portfolio.
Kiril Mischeff, one of Europe’s leading food and ingredient suppliers to the food and beverage manufacturing, foodservice and retail sectors, was advised on the acquisition by Yorkshire-based commercial law firm Schofield Sweeney.
Minster Fine Foods, a continental food importer established in 1993, supplies a range of authentic delicatessen meat products from Europe to multiple retailers, wholesalers, food service providers and the industrial food sector. Originally founded in Minster on the Isle of Sheppey and now nestled in the picturesque market town of Bourne in South Lincolnshire, employs six people.

Schofield Sweeney worked in partnership with corporate finance specialist Affinia as advisors for Kiril Mischeff. The transaction was supported by a multidisciplinary team at Schofield Sweeney, including specialists from Corporate, Environmental, Commercial Property, Employment and Commercial.

Minster Fine Foods was advised on the transaction by Peterborough-based law firm Hegarty Solicitors, with corporate finance and accountancy support provided by Price Bailey.
