‘Leeds’ Biggest Christmas tree’ unveiled as Trinity Leeds shines bright with stunning new festive decorations

Trinity Leeds is lighting up the city centre in spectacular style with an impressive 12-metre tree – believed to be the biggest Christmas tree in Leeds.

The elegant new Christmas tree features nearly 100 bespoke light tubes and dazzling star toppers and has taken centre stage beneath Trinity Leeds’ main atrium.

The contemporary installation is part of Trinity Leeds’ brand new festive decorations, which include 500 metres of sparkling branch lights, 300 metres of twinkling light curtains and more than 500 gold and silver stars, as well as white trees scattered throughout the malls and an illuminated shooting star at the Briggate entrance.

Steven Foster, Centre Director at Trinity Leeds, said: “The countdown to Christmas is now on and we’re so excited to unveil this stylish new look for guests to enjoy over the festive season at Trinity Leeds.

“We believe it’s Leeds’ biggest Christmas tree, and twinkling at 12-metres high it looks so impressive underneath the glass dome, making the picture-perfect backdrop for guests starting their Christmas shopping.

“Our elegant new decorations are a stunning addition and our teams have been working hard throughout the night for the past week to make sure everything looks just right.”

Trinity Leeds’ new Christmas decorations are on display from now until January.

Guests can also get a helping hand with gift wrapping services available at Guest Services from December 10th to 24th.
