Partner and Associate roles among latest promotions at Andrew Jackson Solicitors
Andrew Jackson Solicitors LLP has announced a series of promotions across the firm, strengthening its ability to support clients across the region and beyond.
Sally Price has been promoted to partner in the tax and trusts department. She advises clients on wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate matters and estate administration, with particular expertise in complex estates, inheritance tax and lifetime planning. She also supports clients following bereavement, guiding them through the practical and legal steps involved, and has recently completed the Women Leadership Accelerator programme at Hull Business School.
In the corporate team, Jon Croft and Nicole Waldron have been promoted to associate solicitor roles. Both advise across a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, company disposals, formations and restructuring, and share incentive arrangements. They also work with the banking and finance team on refinancing and banking matters.
Emily Vint has been promoted to senior solicitor in the real estate team. She handles a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing, and supports on development and portfolio work. She also advises property investors on asset management matters such as lease renewals, licences and variations.
The firm has also promoted three trainees upon successful qualification. Solicitors Sam Bailey and Grace Hanson remain with the corporate team, supporting transactions, due diligence and company formation work; Daniel Allen continues to support the employment team, advising on employment documentation and day-to-day HR matters.
