Partners among several promotions at Andrew Jackson Solicitors
Andrew Jackson Solicitors LLP is delighted to announce several promotions, including three new partners, in recognition of the talent and commitment across the firm.
Having undertaken their legal training and subsequently gaining their legal qualifications with Andrew Jackson Solicitors, Yasmin Fenton and Harry Mills (real estate and property), and Andrew Coish (shipping and transport) have become partners; Nicole Waldron and Jon Croft have been promoted to the position of senior solicitor (corporate).
Yasmin and Harry – both of whom are also members of the firm’s development and strategic projects team – have gained significant experience advising clients on commercial property transactions across a wide range of industry sectors. Often complex in nature, matters include purchases and disposals of both freehold and leasehold property, granting and taking leases of commercial premises and ancillary leasehold asset management, overage, options, promotion agreements and security documentation.
With many years’ experience and expertise of maritime law, Andrew assists clients across all aspects of shipping work, both contentious and non-contentious matters, including carriage of goods by sea, freight forwarding, complex marine projects, and charter party disputes.
Working closely with other members of the corporate team, Nicole and Jon provide advice and support on all aspects of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, share incentive plans and shareholders’ agreements.
Andrew Jackson’s managing partner, Mark Pearson-Kendall, said: “It is particularly rewarding to announce the promotions of Yasmin, Harry, Andrew, Nicole, and Jon, all of whom trained – and continue to develop their skills and careers – with Andrew Jackson. They have shown their ability and commitment to providing the highest standards of service and value to our clients, which is what we aim to achieve right across the firm.
“We remain committed to developing and recruiting the best talent from the region and beyond, enabling us to deliver client services which are both professional and personable.”
