West Yorkshire adventure play area celebrates its new menu with team event

150 employees from Yorkshire Garden Centres were invited to celebrate the new menu at Mission Out outdoor adventure park with a stay and play session for family and friends.

The play team at Mission Out hosted the exclusive after hours event to launch the new ‘Load & Go’ street food menu that comprises loaded nachos, fries, flatbreads, tortillas and jacket potatoes.

Yorkshire Garden Centre’s group play manager, Caroline Ellis, said: “The new menu was inspired by changing consumer tastes and was very well received by the team. They loved the fact you can create your own combination with a choice of five different bases, four fillings and 10 fillings!

“They also loved the park’s new loaded churros and waffles from the new outdoor Shack. All in all, it was a great evening and the new menu definitely got a big thumbs up.”

Mission Out is located on a 4.5 acre site next to Tingley Garden Centre. It is an adventure play experience aimed at older children and offers a fun-filled day out in the fresh air for all the family. Designed to take people away from their screens and to experience active outdoor adventures instead, it features high ropes, lake rafting, a jump challenge pillow, giant swings, obstacle courses, den building and crazy golf. It is open during weekends and school holidays until October and has all day entry and two hour park options.

Tingley Garden Centre is part of the Yorkshire Garden Centres family that also includes Tong, Otley, Bingley, York, Scarborough and Pennine Garden Centres.
