AI and the people agenda: Webinar for HR leaders

AI is no longer a future workplace issue. It is already changing how organisations think about jobs, skills, productivity and workforce planning.

For HR leaders, business owners and managers, this is not just a technology conversation. It is a people conversation.

How will AI affect roles and responsibilities?
What skills will your teams need?
How can HR teams use AI to improve productivity?
How do you build employee confidence while maintaining safe, responsible AI use?

Following feedback from our previous event, AI was the topic employers most wanted us to cover next. This webinar has been created to give businesses a practical, people-focused view of what to consider now and what to plan for next.

Hosted by Kelly Allen, Head of HR & Training Solutions at Castle HR & Training Solutions, this session will include guest speaker David Kekwick, co-founder of LexHR, an AI-powered platform supporting HR professionals with employment law guidance, policy updating and case management.

Together, Kelly and David will discuss how AI is reshaping the people agenda and what employers can do to prepare their teams, managers and HR processes.
