Savills appointed to sell Crab Manor Hotel in Thirsk, North Yorkshire
International real estate advisor Savills has been appointed by a private individual to sell the long leasehold of the Crab Manor Hotel and Crab and Lobster Restaurant in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, for offers over £4 million.
The boutique hotel provides 20 individually designed en-suite rooms within the 18th century Georgian manor house. The rooms are inspired by destinations around the world, and many feature private hot tubs, saunas and roll-top baths. Externally, the hotel has extensive landscaped gardens.
The main Crab and Lobster restaurant accommodates 40 covers, complemented by a 70-cover conservatory, 20-cover bar area and 60 outdoor covers. The additional Seafood Room offers private dining for up to 16 guests.
Crab Manor Hotel is located just outside the historic market town of Thirsk, surrounded by North Yorkshire’s rolling countryside but with excellent transport links including the A1(M).
