Wilkin Chapman Rollits appointed to Government Commercial Agency legal panel

Wilkin Chapman Rollits has been appointed to Government Commercial Agency’s legal panel for public sector framework.

The firm has been named as a supplier on the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) RM6374 Legal Panel for Public Sector framework, which will run until at least July 2029.

Through the framework, public sector and third-sector organisations across the UK, including councils, schools, universities, NHS bodies, housing associations, charities and government departments, can access legal support from suppliers on the panel through a compliant and streamlined route to market.

The framework is divided into specialist categories, known as lots, with Wilkin Chapman Rollits appointed to Lot 2 (Focused Legal Support) and Lot 3 (Litigation and Disputes).

Through Lots 2 and 3, organisations can access legal services from Wilkin Chapman Rollits across a range of specialisms, including education, employment, housing, charities, debt recovery, restructuring and insolvency, real estate, and litigation and dispute resolution.

The appointment builds on Wilkin Chapman Rollits’ track record of supporting public sector, charity and not-for-profit organisations on matters such as governance, investigations and regulatory issues, as well as employment, housing, real estate and dispute resolution.
